- 18-27 years. Same relaxations as MTS.
- Education
- Matriculation (Class 10) or equivalent.

- Additional PET (Physical Efficiency Test) and PST (Physical Standard Test) for Havaldar — male: 157.5 cm height, 1600m walk in 15 min; female: 152 cm height, 48 kg weight, 1 km walk in 20 min.
