- Age
- 20-25 years (general). Age relaxation: SC/ST +5 yrs, OBC +3 yrs, departmental candidates and ex-servicemen as per rules.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree from a recognised university in any discipline. For SI in Delhi Police (Driver candidates), a valid LMV driving licence is also required.
- Nationality
- Indian citizen only. (For some CAPF posts, additional verification.)
