Senior Hindi Translator (SHT)

Preparation Strategy
JHT requires balanced strength in both Hindi and English — most candidates are stronger in one. Spend 50% of your prep time on your WEAKER language; bringing it up has higher return than over-polishing your strong side.
For General Hindi (Paper 1), focus on व्याकरण, संधि-समास, मुहावरे and साहित्य ज्ञान. Use Class 11-12 Hindi books for foundation, then layer on Aspirants Times Hindi or Pragya Hindi for higher-register content.
